Company: FMCG  Role: Lead HR  Location: Mumbai  Role Summary:  - Partner with the senior stakeholders to drive the people agenda to enable business growth  - Drive the cultural transformation agenda and lead the agenda on employee engagement  - Responsible for the end to end life cycle management of HR operations such sourcing, performance management,compensation etc.  - Ensure that manpower planning, Succession planning, and Skills assessment is done in a way to leverage business impact  - Drive org-wide productivity and capability building interventions  - Responsible for managing the IR function in the org including all the applicable statutory and legal compliances.  Position Requirements :   - MBA in Human Resources from leading Business School  - 9-13 years of experience in HR generalist role spanning across Talent Acquisition, HR Operations, Performance Management and Learning and Organization Development.  - Team Management  - Sound working knowledge of IR processes, Labor laws and Statutory compliances  - Ability to relate to, influence, and coach employees at all levels in the organization  - Proven ability to diagnose problems using strategic thinking skills as well as identify and drive appropriate solutions  - Ability to multitask; Stakeholder management; should be ready to travel across the locations.  Key Skills :   - Strong leadership drive and ability to manage multiple stakeholders  - Out of the box thinker  - Problem solver especially in crisis situations
