While it is for-profit, it views itself as a social business.  Role - Lead the HR function for a Leading Education Venture's India Schools Business to Build a high quality HR organization right from attracting talent, on boarding, skilling, evaluating, rewarding, and growing people. Partner with the business leadership to ready the organization for rapid growth in the future.  Key Responsibilities : You will be charged with developing and executing the human resource strategy focused on bringing on board top talent across all levels, creating the people-centric systems and processes to retain and develop our talent pool. Specifically  Talent Acquisition : Attract top quality (and - hard-to-find- ) talent at senior, middle and entry levels across key functional areas in customer acquisition, retention, academic support and business operations  Performance Management : Work with the business leaders to create a performance-driven culture with enabling systems (KRA metrics, competencies, dashboards, reviews, compensation & rewards)  Professional Development : Create a skill & performance linked professional development program that includes induction, on-going training and on-the-job feedback and coaching  HR Systems :Build and implement HR systems and processes by leveraging technology and data-driven decision making across the HR ecosystem including recruiting, payroll and performance  Compensation & Benefits : Build a high-quality compensation and benefits program in line with entrepreneurial and performance-led workplaces  Ideal Profile:  - MBA from top 10 institute, 10-15 years experience (early to mid 30s)  - Early experience in HR in an MNC with strong culture, HR systems (FMCG pref) supporting a line business function  - Stint with rapidly growing mid-size or startup company with exposure to talent acquisition and setting up systems and processes from scratch  - Success in this role requires high maturity, extremely hands-on and integrity  - Deal breakers - naive, political, fearful or theoretical person
