They are looking to hire a Lead HR Operations to lead the operations team of 10/12 people.   Job Description :   Reporting to the CHRO you responsibilities will include :  - Total HR operations management for on roll and contractual employees  - Managing entire gamut of HR Operations from on boarding till exit  - Managing process and policy improvement - identifying gaps and improvisation of processes  - Manage multiple 3rd party vendor relationships for India HR Operations  - Advising on all matters related to payroll, and compliance  The Successful Applicant :   You come with 10-15 years of hands on experience in HR Operations within the BFSI segment. You have a management degree in HR from a top tier Business School. You are process driven and have a good understanding of payroll, labour laws and compliance. You have managed high volume and have worked in a high pressure environment.
