About our Client: Our Client is a leader in the online and mobile classifieds space. Backed by a strong portfolio of capital investors, they have aggressive growth plans for India and want to become market leaders within the service portfolio they cater to. They are looking for a Sr. Manager in Bangalore to lead the HR Business Partner function for 1000+ employees pan India.

Job Description: Reporting into the Head of HR, your responsibilities will include:

- Maintain strong employee connect by driving Employee Engagement Initiatives in order to engage with various employee sections and driving high levels of motivation

- Conducting Employee Engagement survey and do the action planning

- Maintain strong employee connect and have a strong sense of employee suggestions, grievances and aspirations.

- Executing talent management practices and career progression plans for the employees

- Building and driving innovative Rewards and Recognition plans

- Driving the performance management process

- Driving the Performance Improvement Plans and ensuring hi-pot development

- Ensuring the Attrition levels are in control and driving employee productivity

- Manage the partnerships with HR COE, Talent Acquisition and HR Shared Services

- Building a strong product/ tech culture.

The Successful Candidate:

- You will come with 8-12 years of experience an HR BP from the technology product / internet space only.

- MBA from a tier 1 institute is required.

- Exposure to managing large teams and working closely with the center of excellence is desired fro this role.
