About our Client - Our client is a leading MNC in the Online Holiday space with over 10 million unique visitors annually, alongside a Global presence and an ever-increasing India footprint. They are well-funded and poised to challenge the Industry players in the space, and need a strong Digital Marketing Head to fuel and sustain that growth for the country.

Job Description - In this role, the incumbent will be responsible for:

- Effectively manage a team of digital marketing experts to ensure that the company generates customer leads in-line with annual targets. Focus on cost per visit, user and conversion management and with emphasis on return on investment balanced with growth.

- Generate weekly and monthly reporting for all major metrics, goal tracking, revenue tracking, and tracking the success of any other paid search initiatives. Accountable for performance of the Marketing channels against agreed KPIs

- Constantly develop more efficient and cost effective ways of implementing campaigns with improved return on investment each year.

- Deliver comprehensive annual digital marketing campaigns within budget.

- Apply a deep knowledge of technical SEO to maximize the volume of organic traffic and ensure search engine rankings are maintained and improved.

- Fully understand the web site's architecture and drive on-going improvements that will ensure company maximizes the benefits of search engines crawling the site and the resulting organic traffic.

- Provide recommendations and execute strategies for keyword opportunities, campaign structuring, targeting, display network, and other facets of paid search in accordance with organization's goals.

- Evaluate website content quality and manage an on-going process of continual improvement to ensure organic search performance is maximized along with the quality of the user journey.

- Ensure the integrity of the brand is maintained and that all activity conforms to brand guidelines as advised by the marketing director.

- Use analytics to track marketing performance and to meet ROI targets. Make recommendations for improvements by focusing on the alignment of marketing activities, strategies, and metrics with business goals.

The Successful Candidate :

- You will be a leader with 7-10 years of online marketing experience and one who can coach, inspire and motivate a team to create amazing, influential and impact full work.

- Someone who can build a team of experts and develop an ambitious, focused and efficient culture throughout the team.

- Subject matter expert with strong knowledge in UK market. It would be ideal to have someone with a coding background and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite & Google Apps besides first rate organizational skills, planning and prioritization skills with strong attention to detail.

- Experience in a marketing for an eCommerce or online travel company is highly desirable.

- The incumbent must have kept abreast of key trends and developments in digital advertising, including bench marking of competitor strategies - and communicates them to internal stakeholders.

- Seo/sem/ppc expert with demonstrated experience in leading marketing campaigns using email, print, social, search and everything in between is highly preferable.
