Job Description - This position with oversee and manage the establishment, implementation and continuous enhancement of the Ethics and Compliance program in close coordination with Regional and Global Operations.

Description

The role includes:

- Enhancing compliance culture locally

- Implementing the global compliance framework to the local organisation

- Managing Compliance communications

- Ethics and Compliance policy development and supporting processes

- Implementing Anti Bribery, Anti Corruption Program

- Data Privacy according to local guidelines

- Implementing 3rd party compliance standards to business partners

Profile

- Knowledge and experience of implementing compliance frameworks

- Understanding of local regulations, laws and governing industry codes

- Ability to work in a multi cultural regional and global environment

- Experience in Pharma industry in a legal/ compliance role will be preferred
