Lead - Document Checker - Banking Domain - BPO

About our client : Our client is the BPO arm of a large IT Services, Consulting & Business Solutions firm.

Location : Goregaon, Mumbai

MANDATORY:

- Strong knowledge of UCP600 guidelines

- Must have worked on LC Scrutiny (Letter of Credit) within trade finance

- Must be willing to work in shifts (day/ night)

REQUIRED SKILLS

- Experience in Trade Finance operations only from Banking domain (Import/Export, LC issuance, Document checking, & Letter of credit)

- Processing of Trade Finance products related to Documentary Credits including document scrutiny.

- Knowledge and work experience in SWIFT messages.

- Knowledge and experience in handling commercial documents in International Trade - Bills of Exchange, Commercial Invoice, Certificates of Origin, Bill of Lading, Air Waybill, Marine Insurance Documents etc.

PREFERRED SKILLS

- CDCS Certified

- Working knowledge of UCP, ISBP, URR, ISP98.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities:

- Processing of day to day transactions as per local operating procedures

- The candidate will be responsible for handling Documentary Credits including document scrutiny and all related correspondents and follow ups

- Delivers as per Service Level Agreement at all times

- Ensure service quality is maintained

- Understand customer requirements

- Meet required productivity metrics set for the team

- Ensure tracking, accurate and timely resolutions of issues and exception raised

- Client inquiries are investigated and responded appropriately

- Adhere to internal policies to ensure compliance with legal parameters as well as company policies and procedures

Salary offered: 6 - 13 LPA
