MindGen Solutions is a recruitment firm and specializes in hiring managerial and leadership talents across technologies and domains.   We have an opportunity for a Lead-Digital Solution for one of our MNC client, which provides IT Services and is one of the world's largest consulting, outsourcing and professional services company.   Purpose : To enable the effective sales and delivery of our global Digital Customer Experience Commerce services, by providing solution leadership and end to end delivery capabilities from our India Digital Delivery Unit.  Objectives:   - Be seen as a leading authority in the design and delivery of Digital Commerce Services, both internally and externally  - Build relationships with account teams and support new propositions or proposals for digital solutions for our clients  - Lead the definition, development and operation of business technology solutions for our clients, working with local account and delivery teams and working with our offshore teams as required  - Build re-usable tools, methods and practices, creating re-usable IP where practical, to ensure the effective delivery of these services.
