JOB DESCRIPTION

As a Lead Data Architect, you will be responsible for providing solutions in architecture design, data extraction, transformation, building models and provide insights in the form of analytics to our esteemed customers. You would be experienced with a range of big data architectures, including Hadoop, Pig, Hive, Impala, and Spark, NoSQL databases, IOT and other advanced big data frameworks. As a senior member you are expected to work with Data Scientist teams and Domain personnel in developing real time insights for customers in different verticals (Oil & Gas, Automobile, Health Care, Manufacturing etc.). As we follow startup culture, we expect you to take responsibility, lead and ownership and in implementing new ideas. You will also be accountable for key production support and capacity planning for core internal and external databases.

ELIGIBILITY

Candidate with minimum, 10 plus year experience in design, implementation of highly scalable architectures in across diverse verticals is expected.

Innovate, Design, Lead, Develop and Deliver the analytics projects using latest Bigdata enabled scalable platforms

Experience of Bigdata tools (batch & Real time) platforms (Hadoop, HDFS, Storm, Kafka, Hbase, Spark, Impala etc.)

Experience in designing production level architectures is expected

Experience on Amazon Web Services and ready to adapt to new changes

Coding Experience in functional language (Scala) and object oriented languages (Java), python is required.

Working experience of handling large datasets using NoSQL databases is compulsory.

Ability to extract data from various data sources(Structured & unstructured sets)

Hands on experience in JavaScript, D3.Js, NodeJs is desirable

Experience in Cloudera / Hortonworks / MapR is required.

Knowledge on Machine Learning, distributed systems, Networking, Real time systems, and Sensor areas is really an added advantage.

Soft Skills: Strong communication skills required.Ability to plan, organize and work on multiple tasks simultaneously

EDUCATION

MS/BTech/BE/Phd from Computer Science/ Engineering with proven academic and professional achievements is desirable
