Lead Continuous Improvements  - Provide leadership and direction for continuous improvement throughout organization.  - Partner with CS functions in creative, technology, and solution teams to ensure successful leverage of tool handoff and work is appropriately positioned for long-term success  - Benchmark operations against market-based, organizational best practices and other leading organizations to determine potential for improvement and identify potential third-party experts to consult, as needed.  - Contribute to wider CS organization by routinely assessing existing operations & requirements to determine innovative changes to contribute to the goal.  - Serve as the point-person for risk management across the CS organization, ensuring that every function is operating with the highest of controls and standards.   - Must have solution defining experience and other tangible services, preferably in the telecom and market processes across multiple industries  - Familiarity with the technology aspects of process execution and management  - Strong passion for and knowledge of technology, customer life cycle and related triggers in Telecom, sales and business integration.   - Demonstrated problem solving and leadership ability
