Looking for MBA in HR with 2 - 5 years of experience in generalist HR or Talent Management, with a very creative bent of mind and out of box thinking ability for a unique role in the space of HR Branding, Marketing & Communication.   Job Description   - Conceptualization of creative framework for effective branding & communication of products in HR domain / HR interventions.   - Formulating out of box design & ideas for effective communication of HR Strategy   - Framework & Strategy for Change Management interventions   - Strategy for Organizational Culture   - Ideating & frameworking of event based HR communication initiatives   - Ideate & implement initiatives to enhance credibility of HR interventions for employees   - End to end management of HR Communication projects for client. Includes client management, working with creative & content team to convert ideas into design and delivery of projects as per schedule.   Apart from the above the role involves working on various projects in the space of Talent Management & OD space.   We are a startup in the space of HR Branding /Marketing / Communication with a healthy client base.   Salary Range: 6 - 8 LPA
