Lead - Compensation & Benefit - Consulting Firm

Looking for a Comp & Ben professional with 5-9 years experience for a consulting firm.

Location - Bangalore

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead a team to deliver reports on talent management

- Deliver C & B industry and custom reports to clients.

- Create reports by conducting primary and secondary research.

- Deliver custom studies on pay range design and comp structuring etc.

- Conduct working sessions around key talent related areas like compensation trends, Employee engagement and retention etc. highlighting the thought leadership and findings based on the research and analysis

Desired skills and other requirements :

- Compensation and benefits consulting experience or experience in compensation and benefits administration in an MNC

- Experience in conducting Job mapping exercise.

- Thorough understanding of benefits practices and policies

- Good understanding of various job mapping frameworks, Job evaluation; Variable Pay & Incentive Design.
