Lead - Campus Recruitment/University Relations - IT

8-14 year. Campus Recruitment & University Relation experience in a largest IT R&D Multinational.

Job Location: Bangalore

- Handle overall University Recruitment / Relation for the client in India which is 2000 plus work force currently.

- It is an Individual Contributor role Reporting to Staffing Manager.

- Role include Campus Activities - 50% recruitment + 50% Research collaborations, signing MOU , including changing / adding curriculum etc.

- Should have strong connections in the Top Technical Schools (IIT/ NIT etc) and should have the ability to influence the curriculum by building strong relationship with the universities.

Year on year campus hires - 200 (it is not a volume hires but high end technical hires.

- Candidates residing in Bangalore currently will be given first preference as the job is based in Bangalore.

Outstation candidates can apply only if you have a strong reason to relocate to Bangalore.
