Lead - Campaign Automation & Triggers - Bank (7-10 yrs)
To significantly increase automation, templatization and lead generation through the campaigns being executed pan-bank.
This would be done by ensuring focus on event-based triggers and real- time interactive campaigns, through maximising usage of the campaign management tools and technologies.
The job role will also require continuous review of the campaign processes and identifying tactics for improvement
Drive a significant increase (60 to 70%) in campaign automation and templatization across the bank ; Ensure significant growth in lead pipelines/ conversions, through the automated campaign programs designed Closely work with the IT / Data teams and business units to ensure relevant data flow to the system ; Ensure optimal utilisation of the campaign management tools used by bank (primarily IBM Campaign suite); Drive projects for integration of campaign tools with other channels / automation / analytics tools of the bank
A good understanding of marketing automation & digital marketing ; project management and analytical skills ; ability to collaborate and work with diverse teams
MBA from reputed institute, with relevant experience
Or Graduate/ Post graduate with relevant prior experience
Product or Portfolio Management experience in bank/ financial institution OR Experience in digital campaigns within bank / financial institution/ large service enterprise or leading direct marketing agency
