Lead - Business Transformation (4-8 yrs)

Currently working on a requirement with one of my top prestigious client for the below role

Position : Lead - Business Transformation

Position based in : Bangalore

Key Responsibilities & Skills :

- Lead and manage large and complex Innovation & Transformation engagements in understanding 'as is' business processes, design 'to-be' processes, analyze/ capture client requirements.

- Participate in client meetings, engage with Senior level stakeholders effectively in a dialogue, review the alternative options, approach along with the pros and cons including risks IN ORDER TO define and develop an optimal option for the customer.

- Develop methodologies to support transformation projects, creates tools, templates, frameworks and other knowledge artifacts in order to increase our market credibility/ differentiation and ability to re-use the same.

Characteristics :

Education : CA/ICWAI/ MBA form Tier I/II institutes

Experience : 6 - 8 years of overall experience, with hands on experience in driving transformative consulting projects with exposure to business process services industry would be preferred.

- Strong Consulting and program management skills and demonstrated experience in managing teams across functions and geographies

- Exposure to global market is desirable
