Global MNC organization in Bangalore looking for Lead Business Analyst in Compliance Division.  Tile AVP / VP will be decided according to experience and candidate interview assessment.  Normal Experience for AVP - 10 year - 14 Year  VP - 14 Year - 16 year  Responsibility :  - A Business Analyst / Project Manager will drive execution of strategic projects designed to strengthen the Compliance organization.  - The candidate will be responsible for project management within the Licensing and Registration Program.  - He will primarily focus in APAC business but also work with stakeholder Globally.  - Successful candidate will work closely with multiple business units like - Compliance, Technology, and Operations.   - He is having responsibility for coordinating project governance, gathering and documenting business requirements, prioritization, overseeing UAT and Go-Live implementations, ensure that the APAC requirements are aligned with the global requirements, and manage all approvals to ensure that the expectations of the business are fully met.   Successful candidate will manage multiple projects :  - He will also capture requirements from various sources and change them in functional one. He will also drive review/approval on agreed upon requirements  - He will ensure project initiatives meet desired business results.  - Have a strong understanding of the Licensing and Registration space  - Conduct research to determine if solutions to business needs currently exist within or outside of Compliance, firm, and/or within the market  - Contribute expertise to designing processes and implementing innovative business solutions  Desired Candidate Profile :  - Desired candidate must have 10 years of total experience in BFSI Domain.  - Desired candidate must have min. 5 - 8 years of relevant experience in Business Analysis and Project management.  - Well versed with BRD and requirement designing tools.  - Experience with successfully leading project and/or business/data analysis teams  - Candidate well versed with project life cycle from start till end.   - Ability to manage Global Key stakeholder.   Pankaj Pandey
