Job Description/Primary Responsibilities :

- Write, Refine and Accept Features and User Stories.

- Analyze impact of proposed solution across the business, develop use cases to explain/ demonstrate business requirements/ specifications to IT team.

- Ensure Backlog Refinement and Maintenance.

- Work with the business to identify, analyze, document the business, functional and nonfunctional requirements, recommending business priorities, and advising business on options, risks, and solutions.

- Finalize Program Increment (PI) Scope Delivery Commitment.

- Manage the priorities within the product backlog.

- Conduct Product Demoes.

- Define user and buyer personas.

- Drive execution of product roadmap by technology teams.

- Drive innovation based on market needs.

- Formalize product plans to deliver profitable solutions for market problems.

- Review operational / support issues and Perform Defect Triaging.

- Coordinate integration testing.

- Measure and benchmark product performance.

- Measure product quality and reliability.

- Passionate about Business functions in general and Insurance industry in particular.

Qualification :

Must Have Skills :

- Candidate should be expert of X12 EDI transactions.

- Candidate should have worked as Business Analyst or System Analyst for at least 5 years.

- Technology Savvy (database, high level architecture, etc.)

- Experience in role as a Product Owner would be preferred.

- Experience in US Healthcare provider space (Claims validations, Clearinghouse, RCM, EMR, etc.) would be preferred.

Required Qualifications :

- Bachelors degree in Business, Finance, Health Administration, related field or equivalent work experience

3+ year of experience in business/finance analysis

- Experience gathering requirements from the client/business and documenting Experience with process improvement, workflow, benchmarking and / or evaluation of business processes required Intermediate level of proficiency with PC based software programs and automated database management systems required (Excel, Access, PowerPoint)

- Ability to communicate analysis including trends and opportunities to clients and the business in writing and verbally Ability to problem solve including multiple priorities and research conflicting and/or inaccurate data Working knowledge of relational databases, database structures

Nice to Have : UI/UX Expertise.
