- Conducting Requirements Workshops

Requirements Elicitation :

- Own various requirement artifacts - BVD, BRD, Use Cases, User Stories, User Manual

- Mentor team of BAs

Qualification/Required Qualifications :

- End to end understanding of US Payer Lifecycle - various systems involved and process flows across M&R, C&S & E&I

- Understanding of current trends and challenges in US Healthcare

- Should be proficient in both waterfall and Agile Business Analyst role
