- Role holder will be a key member for Business Development & Strategic Planning for the Company.

- The role holder will also be a key member for all the CEO reviews of the company.

Responsibilities:-

- Assist the CEO in creating Strategic plan for the company, including creating the Vision 2020.

- Identifying new business/ market opportunities for expanding the business.

- Create innovative business models for large system integration projects, including BOO & BOOT models; PPP projects

- Assist CEO in various important reviews - Project Reviews, SDM reviews for Strategic Plans, Operations plan review.

- Provide independent analysis / insights as outcome of the reviews.

- Manage external and internal communication on behalf of CEO. Facilitate CFT meetings as applicable.

- Analyze the Monthly, Quarterly & Annual performance of financials, sales & projects execution, in coordination with concerned officials of the Company
