As the AVP Manager HR, you will be responsible for transforming the organisation into a truly global company while leading a team of HR professionals managing all HR functions Talent Acquisition, Talent Management, Talent Development, Comp & Ben, OD, Labour Laws & Compliance.

The firm has a diversified and integrated technology-enabled approach to education and has established itself as a recognized brand in the education sector. They operate across a broad spectrum of segments in the education industry, including Test preparation and training services, Publishing and content development, Vocational training programs implemented under Government schemes in various states across India and also run a K-12 school chain. The company is a publicly listed entity headquartered in Delhi.

The key responsibilities will be as follows:

- Talent Acquisition across the organization in India

- Overseeing HR Operations data management & compliance, on-boarding, and exit process

- Taking care of Employee Relations for all employees across organization

- Taking complete ownership of the HR policies implementation and adherence

- Taking care of performance management processes and systems implementation across the company

- Managing compensation & benefits and rewards & recognition planning and implementation across the organization

- Taking care of all employee engagement programs and activities for the organization

- Effective management of all HR compliance and labor laws as applicable

- Taking care of training need assessment, training deliveries and measuring training effectiveness across organizations

Team management :

- Implementing effective OD and strategic HR initiatives in consultation with the senior management

Candidate Profile :

- Experienced HR professional in all or major HR functions.

- Candidates preferred from premier B-schools

- Excellent communication skills

- Effective inter personal and presentation skills

- Team handling experience

- Data-oriented personality with a logical thought process

Target Industries: FMCG, BFSI, Retail, Telecom
