The position is in managerial grade and have below requirement.  Qualification: MBA from premier institute  Experience: more than 10 years of post qualification relevant work experience  Responsibilities  - Drive internal and external projects in F&A analytics to deliver business value for clients  - Bring original thought process for conceptualizing and creating new assets in F&A analytics  - Follow project plans to execute process development and/or re-engineering  - Interact with both internal and external clients and understand their requirements  - Identification of opportunities to improve customer and business impact through using a process focused improvement approach  - Manage communications, specific to their processes, for multiple levels of management, including executive level communications  - Identify opportunities to link analytics with industry insights and client business impact  - Conduct deep-dives into underlying assumptions and quantitative details of all analyses and make recommendations based on developed insight  Key skills:  - Good understanding of organization's finance function  - Experience in consulting/transformation projects with clients  - Should have experience of end-to-end delivery of transformation projects which would have resulted in bottom line impact to clients  - Excellent client management and client interfacing skills  - Understanding of financial ratios and it's linkage to business
