About our Client: Our client is a renowned multinational organization in the services sector. They have a diverse portfolio of products and are recognized as pioneers in this industry. They are looking to recruit an established HR Manager a C&B & performance management profile.

Job Description: Reporting to the Regional Head HR you will be responsible for Compensation Programs:

- Design, implement and manage Compensation Programs.

- Salary Benchmarking and Review:

- Liaison with consultants for external salary benchmarking and organize data for compensation & benefits market surveys

Benefits Management:

- Responsible for defining and managing the entire benefits portfolio specific to each country.

- Performance Management & Improvement Initiatives and introduce key performance metrics that are standard across all parts of the region

- Design & implement a strong on-boarding program

The Successful Candidate:

- Ideally, you come with 4 to 8 years of post-graduation experience in an Compensation & Benefits role.

- You should be a robust and versatile HR professional with good interpersonal skills and a regular MBA degree.

- Excellent communication and presentation skills along with the ability to influence senior stakeholders is desirable.
