Role Title: Lead Analyst Performance & Reward

Role Purpose: To support the key deliverables of the Performance & Reward team globally.

Key Accountabilities: Role is approx. 50% compensation and 50% benefits

Compensation:

- Day to day compensation support and guidance for assigned Lines of Business across all geographies. Analyses and makes recommendations with regards to proposed increases to salary and total package for assigned Lines of Business. Provides advice on all areas of performance and reward, supporting HR managers, management teams and P&R colleagues. Responds to employee and manager queries on P&R processes and plans.

- Assists the India HR Director in all areas of local performance and reward, supporting HR managers and functional management teams in India. Includes role mapping, data compilation and administration for Indian employees within the annual salary benchmarking survey. Coordination with the external compensation consulting company on behalf of the regional lead and the administration and execution of all reward related activities at India under the guidance of the regional lead

- Supports P&R projects to meet changing business needs.

- Participates in the development of ad-hoc HR policies e.g. shift allowances, maternity leave, redundancy and recognition schemes etc.

- Participates in local national salary increase surveys, annual salary budget submission preparation, scenario/cost modelling across all geographies.

- Participates in bespoke Executive Surveys and Executive Benchmarking

- Supports the annual salary review during benefits quiet periods.

- Supports the global employee mobility programme with focus on Indian transfers.

- Maintains P&R filing systems, record keeping and analyses various P&R data into standard reports.

- RemCo support: data provision and analysis as required.

- Day to day administration of Long-Term Incentive/Share plans

- Processing of invoices for services. Ensuring ownership and accountability for payment.

- Ad hoc requests/reports etc.

- Preparing both company and trustee benefit and pension communications.

- Work arising from UK Pension Fund Trustee meetings (such as the Section 32 Buy-Out project which requires a line by line investigation of salary/bonus/variable pay for all employees that have ever worked for ,).

- Processing of trustee and company benefit invoices for services. Ensuring ownership and accountability for payment.

- Assist in preparing Annual Report and Accounts.

- Contributions Testing.

- Annual Pensions Scheme return/ Levy reporting.

- Annual Allowance checks.

- Supporting Pensions Audit.

Experience:

- HR knowledge and experience or other relevant experience (e.g. finance)

- Experience in HR as a HR Administrator/Advisor/Analyst and broad knowledge of HR practices preferable

- Experience of HR, Compensation and/or UK Pension & Benefits management preferable

Skills/Qualifications:

- Advanced Excel skills.

- Strong MS Office Skills (Excel, Powerpoint)

- Excellent Communication Skills

- Ability to work under pressure and tough deadlines

- Independent worker

- High level analytical skills

- Experience of database management

- Solutions oriented

- Communicates fluently and presents complex, technical information to a variety of customers

- Manages relationships effectively in work area

- Ability to work in a European/international environment

- Ability to work remotely with management and colleagues based in the UK and India
