About our Client:

Our client is a Fortune 500, market leader in the FMCD space. They have operations across 120 locations globally and are looking to expand their India Operations. They are currently looking for a Head of A/P for their Shared Services based out of Gurgaon.

Job Description:

Reporting into the Financial Controller, you will be responsible for:

- Preparing vendor aging report, tracking vendor advances, retention money and follow-up on their subsequent settlement/ adjustment.

- Responsible for Intercompany reconciliation.

- Preparing bank loan schedule, verifying bank interest/ charges and payment.

- Liaisoning and coordination with bank on account of Loan, LC, BG, forex payments, interest rates/ charges and various transactions.

- Responsible for meeting various documentation requirements of bank

- Implementation of the various laid down policies, procedures within the AP, T&E and treasury process and monitoring internal controls.

- Month closing for Accounts Payable

The Successful Candidate:

You are a CA with 3-4 years Or MBA with minimum 7 years experience, Currently employed in a MNC FMCG/FMCD/Retail business as a part of their Shared Services team.
