Desired Candidate Profile

- 7-8 years of experience required in functional L&D, Administration, Event management, Process Management, Operations and HR Generalist.

- Functional L&D exposure in BFSI / Big 4 or Sales organization would be ideal

- Professional. Qualification. in Training preferred.

Responsibilities for the Role

- Program Mgmt. - End to end event management of all training initiatives

- Database Mgmt. - monitoring performance and classes

- Design, propose and monitor event based L&D Budgets

- Develop systems to identify vendors and manage them to control.

Preference is from BFSI industry
