Required Education

 - MBA HR from Tier 1 B-schools only (Strictly for IIM’S,XLRI,ISB).

 - Must be with a Strong Learning and Development Profile in Financial Domain (Insurance/Assurance Preferred).

 - Strong background in learning and development

 - Experience of working with heads of business and a sound understanding and interest in business strategy, leadership development, talent management and succession

 - Experience of developing competence based performance management and appraisal systems, including 360-degree review

 - Experience of developing training needs analysis, training and development plans and budgets

 - Experience of delivering training and development to plan

 - Experience of career planning

 - Experience of succession planning

 - Experience of Talent management and development

 - Professional qualification in Training and Development
