TECHNICAL PRODUCT MANAGER  We are Lazada  LAZADA is Southeast Asia’s fastest growing online department store, with operations in Indonesia, Vietnam, Malaysia, Philippines and Thailand. LAZADA is pioneering ecommerce across some of the fastest growing countries in the world by offering a fast, secure and convenient online shopping experience with a broad product offering in categories ranging from consumer electronics to household goods, health and beauty products, toys and the latest fashion brands.   This position is based in Vietnam (Ho Chi Minh City).  Responsibilities:  Overall technical responsibility for Lazada Platform Projects execution:  - Analise incoming bug reports from QA team  - Analise feature requests from Infrastructure team  - Lead the Scrum process: daily stand up meeting, sprint planning meetings, sprint review meetings   - Monitor developers KPI  - Partner closely with the QA team and country PM's to identify possible donwtime issues  - Track product development, identify bottlenecks in development process and make proposals to its improvement  Requirements:  - 5 + years of professional related work experience with at least 3+ years of experience in a product management role  - BS/BA Degree in a related field, technical background is preferred but not required  - Experience with Web Development and Scrum method  - Great understanding of larger Marketplaces and e-commerce industry and technology trends  - Ability to navigate Business, Product and Technology environments, to understand complex Business and Product requirements and create winning solution designs in partnership with Engineering leads  - Strong analytical skills and proven ability of data-driven decision-making, ability to define and manage qualitative and quantitative research and measurement plans  - Strong organizational acumen – ability to thrive in a matrix environment where success depends on a high degree of cross-functional collaboration  - Positive energy, enthusiastic team player  - Fluent in English  Bonus  - Product Management experience at e-commerce websites  - Experience with IT projects that help marketing initiative  Application process  - Only shortlisted candidates will be contacted for an interview
