Our parent company called Rocket Internet which is based in Berlin, Germany is the leading international online venture builder and accelerator.  This position is based in Vietnam (Ho Chi Minh City).  Responsibilities:  As the Regional Product Manager, you will own business and product requirements driving both back-end services and front-end experiences, your key responsibilities will include:  - Identify market opportunities, build business cases, and define product vision and strategy   - Develop and launch new developer products  - Enhance existing products and work with sales and marketing to drive market adoption.  - Partner closely with the engineering team to help determine the best technical implementation methods as well as execution schedule  - Track product development, and develop product launch plans  Requirements:  - 7+ years of professional related work experience with at least 5+ years of experience in a product management role  - BS/BA Degree in a related field, MBA is preferred but not required  - Experience with PHP Development and Scrum method  - Demonstrated strength at leading all phases of the Product Lifecycle – vision, roadmap planning, requirements capture, project definition and execution  - Great understanding of larger Marketplaces and e-commerce industry and technology trends  - Ability to navigate Business, Product and Technology environments, to understand complex Business and Product requirements and create winning solution designs in partnership with Engineering leads  - Strong analytical skills and proven ability of data-driven decision-making, ability to define and manage qualitative and quantitative research and measurement plans  - Strong organizational acumen – ability to thrive in a matrix environment where success depends on a high degree of cross-functional collaboration  - Positive energy, enthusiastic team player  - Fluent in English  Bonus  - Product Management experience at e-commerce websites  - Experience with IT projects that help marketing initiative  Application process  https://drive.google.com/a/lazada.com/?tab=mo#folders/0B2Td5f1A4Cj9UGxFbWtzNk1SU0U  - Only shortlisted candidates will be contacted for an interview
