Lawyer - Consultant/Senior Consultant - LLB

We are urgently looking for a quality candidate from Legal background working with a law firm (preferably) or a big 4 consulting.

Qualification - LLB

Work experience with any law firm - 2 to 6 years (relevant)

Job Location: Delhi / NCR / Gurgaon. (Candidates willing to relocate to Delhi can also apply)

- The candidate must have experience of at least 2-3 years in the area of International trade laws.

- The candidate must have adequate knowledge and experience in legal drafting such as legal notices, legal submissions for judicial and quasi-judicial authorities, legal opinions, writ petitions, review and revision petitions among others.

- Specific experience in the area of Trade Remedy matters such anti-dumping, safeguards, countervailing measures related legal advisory will be given preference.

Roles / Responsibilities :

- Legal drafting relating to International trade laws.

- Advisory on International trade and WTO related matters to the Government and Non-government clients.

- Legal submission and representation before Anti-dumping authority, Safeguards authority, CESTAT etc.

- Trade remedy advisory to clients on the matters pertaining to anti-dumping investigations, safeguards investigations, anti-circumvention investigations etc.

This is an urgent requirement.
