Job Description :-
- ATL manager will be responsible for managing the entire media exposure of XOLO across– Print, TV, Radio and other relevant mediums
- Responsible for working along with the creative agencies in conceptualizing all campaigns for the brand as well as product specific initiatives
- Coordinate launch of media campaigns with external agencies and internal team
- Keep abreast of industry figures, including distribution and audience figures.
- Monitor buying strategies and optimize effectiveness of campaigns.
- Build relationships with media sales companies
- Negotiate rates with media sales companies to obtain most competitive prices.
- Identify relevant advertising space in magazines or newspapers for XOLO

- Excellent knowledge of reporting formats
- Superlative presentation skills
- Ability to manage a multi-functional team
- Creation of Creative from initial agency briefing to implementing the same
- Exposure to ATL & BTL advertising, brand positioning and media planning
- Media/Creative Agency Management. Ability to effectively work under tight deadlines and manage projects independently.
- Excellent people skills and an upbeat and enthusiastic attitude.
- Strong organizational skills and keen attention to detail.

- Strong work ethic
- A Masters degree in marketing, business, communications, or a related field is required.
