Key Responsibilities :  - Create Sales strategy and blue print for respective geography   - Sales Planning & Forecasting in the territory  - Deliver volume & revenue sales target by executing the business plan and customer marketing activities.   - Developing IT sales channel and partner ecosystem by appointing distributors & resellers and ensuring business from them  - Make Target based Monthly/Quarterly schemes for partner to increase Brand share  - Regular update on Competition Tracking & Reporting - schemes & programs  - Execute promotional activities for Retail partners to drive sales and build market credibility  - Ensure availability through adherence to placement norms   - Ensure visibility of Lava products through optimum marketing elements   - Provide solutions to various issued faced at / by retail channels   Desired Attributes :   - Lives Lava Values   - Expertise in basic Supply chain principles   - Strong selling, interpersonal & leadership skills   - Process and data Orientation   - Strong analytical skills to define & direct operations   - Demonstrate personal drive to learn   - Tactical Thinking   Ideal Candidate :   - Preference given to people with 2-6 years experience in Sales and Distribution management with a consumer durable company/Telecom/FMCG /IT-Laptops  - Should have experience in IT Hardware Product sales   - MBA or equivalent degree from tier 1 / tier 2 institutes
