Job Responsibilities & Key Result Areas :  - The position will report to National Head-Distribution and will be responsible for BTL excellence nationally. The role requires to extensively utilizing marketing initiatives to attract customers by way of facilitating BTL, Promotion activities and demonstration initiatives to highlight product and brand story.   The role would also encompass following :  - Planning execution of BTL marketing activities nationally  - Develop plan and work closely with Business teams for execution of effective channel and product promotion strategy  - Develop process for execution and measurement of on shop BTL elements  - Developing effective marketing plan to judicially spend marketing budgets and deliver optimum results  - Spearheading BTL budget planning and allocation  Desired Skills and Competencies :  - Strong communication and interpersonal skills  - Process management skills  - High degree of business knowledge  - Ability to think deep  - Strong problem solving skills with an eye for detail  - Passion for excellence  Ideal Candidate :   - Preference given to people with prior experience in BTL management  - Experience in distribution would be an added advantage
