Drive awareness and capability.   - Ensure compliance of all statutory compliances relevant to permanent and contractual labour.   - Ensure complete & capable manning at the repair factory so as to enable timely & quality production. Drive capability building agenda for workmen, performance management systems.   - Undertaking actions to ensure maximum employee engagement.   - Should generate MIS reports of various HR aspects like attendance, attrition, joining, ratings, people demographics etc.   - Ensure, maintain and update local auditable procedures.   - Management of the training infrastructure & processes for the site operations.   - Overview of site administration through the Administration Officer.   - Repair Factory HR generalist activites (Recruitment, Selection, Training & Development, PMS etc.)
