Key Result Areas   - Lead Business Strategize to achieve milestones & move towards market leadership in Service Excellence as per company vision  - Design and implement new service strategies to Create sustainable partner ROI models   - Post implementation feedback on all new processes and strategy in order to facilitate process improvements and PAN India roll-out in tandem with field operations team  - Process Reengineering through Lean and Six Sigma approach.   - Close working with CSD Field service ops team for process rollout and implementation   - Create role model service network with for PAN India through process improvements   Brief overview of KRAs  - Service blueprint planning and execution viz a viz Sales & Distribution Expansion Plan.   a)Service Network Evaluation Process: Timely evaluation and realignment of existing service blueprint with existing retail universe across the country to cater the serviceability requirement of existing warranty base and support sales operations.  b)Service Network Future Projection Process: Future projection of Service Network and preparedness in line with sales and distribution expansion plans  c)Execution of Service Blue Print as per plan: Implementation of Service Blue print as per plan agreed with sales and field service team and creating awareness and visibility around it, i-e (L3 Excellence centers, L3 Centers, L0/Collection Points )  d)Evaluation of New Partners: Validation of all partner replacements and new location requests as per agreed service blueprint.  - Custodian of Service Partner life cycle management includes:  a)Onboarding Process: Supporting field operations team during onboarding of new service partners in line with service blueprint. Adhering to partner onboarding process which includes operational enabling of partners, post collection of legal agreements and the records upkeep, Creation of SAP code and all required application logins (UID/KM/Empower, Website update etc) and Partner launch and communication to respective stake holders  b)Partner maintenance: Ensuring following partner maintenance activities for partners active in system which includes, Partner master maintenance, Partner compensation & claim Transfer, Incentives, recoveries, Penalties, timely collection of - No dues certificate-, driving Partner performance management and KPIs through performance improvement plan (PIP) and sharing insights and suggestions with field for improvements and process corrections, executing Partner engagement programs, Partner Conversion i-e L0-L3 or Vice versa as per blueprint,   c)Partner Exit Process: Ensuring smooth full and final settlement for voluntary and involuntary partner exits communication to all stake holders, Inventory reconciliation, recovery of company assets, financial reconciliation of partner accounts, taking no objection certificates NOC and required Documentation  Profit Center Ownership   a)Envisage & deploy business strategies for existing & new service model   b)Provide effectual leadership to a team of 5 on rolls incumbents and 7 off Rolls  c)Empower & engage team members through appraisals & skill building   Lead Knowledge   a) Empower teams to facilitate business through periodic RCA & action planning and improvements through process improvements and process adherence  Desired Attributes   1.
