Job Description & Key Result Areas :   - Lead training activities for manufacturing plant & repair factory (Planning, execution and achieve targets)  - Responsible for presenting and facilitating training programs, sole trainer to develop and recognition of outstanding cultural sensitivity in manufacturing plant.   - Take care of Reward & Recognition program, responsible for policy process. Conducting, organising, entire R&R process every month.  - Design training calendar to White Color employees who fall below expectation in Performance appraisal.  - Manage the campus program for GET & DET- skill enablement of GET & DET through mentoring Skills & mindset through process improvement, building engagement & development.  - Develop Multi-skilling tool for every department and identify gap - Organize training to enhance technical & behavioral skill of both operator & staff.  - Ensuring prompt & timely resolution of employee grievances and maintaining cordial employee relations  - Liaising with the government bodies and ensuring compliance to all labour related requirements for company and contract employees.  - Strategize to avoid production loss due to IR issue or non-availability of manpower.  - Management of employee welfare through conducting various welfare activities such as sports events, annual function & celebrating major Indian festivals.  - Acting as company representative for building up healthy relation with government official so as channelize a proper liaison.  - Contributing in ensuring compliance with statutory requirements under various Labour Laws and Factories Act.  - Innovation - research and apply new technologies and methods to improve overall training effectiveness.  - Plan & Execute Training as per organization's training needs and guidance as per ISO-9001 & IMS-14001 & 18001.   - Handle skill development Projects (training execution and Liaison with Govt agencies)  Desired Skills and Competencies :   - Develop multitasking tools for every department and identify gap- Organize training to enhance technical & behavioral skill of both operator & staff Very Good Communication & Presentation skills  - Good analytical skills/strategic thinker (analyse things from the perspective of the employer as well as the employee and influence employees towards company goals)  - Working under pressure and has a strong record to meet deadlines  - Hands on working with MS office.  Ideal Candidate :   - MBA/MSW/PGDBM with 7-8 years of experience in the area of leading training activities for manufacturing for staff, associates, operators with good understanding of training module.
