- Will be solely responsible for rolling out BTL initiatives across the country effectively.  - BTL Vendor portfolio development & management. Coordination with vendor for production/delivery of BL elements as per the plan.   - Strong coordination (various departments) & external customer (vendor/channel partners) for effective & efficient rollout of corporate initiatives.  - Will liaison between the creative agency to get all the creative on time for various elements  - Development of innovative BTL elements & campaigns with the help of vendors.  - Ensuring/tracking the internal/external BTL communication at zone as per the brand guidelines/specifications/ benchmarking done at corporate.  - Coordination with BU Operation Heads, Branch Heads and Retail experience Managers for the monthly BTL plan & tracking/documentation of the same.  - Tracking of BTL budget utilization & provisioning of the same.  - PR/PO generation at SAP for all the BTL initiatives.   Ideal Candidate:  - 6-10 Years’ experience in Retail Program Management, Retail Marketing, Customer Activation, Below the line execution, Vendor Management, Team management in Telecom or Mobile Handset Industry  - Should be willing to travel outside HQ 3-4 days a month
