- Creation of National Distribution Strategy & roll out Plan of execution in close coordination with HUB heads.
- Set up consistent measurement system for measuring Distributor Investment & Infrastructure.
- Distributor and DSE lifecycle management processes - Automation, implementation and engagement programs.
- Design and execute way of working for Distribution managers nationally.
- Responsible for managing entire Sales and Distribution budget for company.
- Spearhead BTL marketing activities nationally including budget plan and allocation.
- Develop process for execution and measurement of on shop BTL elements.
- Management of the entire sales automation system.
- Setting up systems and processes for measuring outliers of above mentioned processes and driving change.
