People Management :   - Managing recruitment activities for their Business Unit  - Responsible for induction and hand holding of new joinees  - Managing entire Performance Appraisal Cycle for their second Line  Distributor Life cycle Management :   - Responsible for developing distribution strategy and blue print for respective territory  - Responsible for Induction and on boarding of distributors  - Ensure timely NDC and Full n Final of channel partners  Knowledge Management :   - Create distribution network expansion plan for the area/s assigned in the BU  - Coaching team (Distribution lead & Retail Executive) on processes, policies & soft skills  - Ensure team is up to date on technology, products and systems  Outlier Handling :  - Manage outliers related to way of working, PJP adherence and other market activities  - Action of non-adherence if reported by any of the team members  - Check performance variations at RMs & DMs level and action accordingly  Reviews & Planning :   - Plan marketing activities to take place across the BU  - Conduct monthly service review and action planning  - Analyse the sales v/s delivery gap and plan ahead accordingly   Desired Attributes :   - Strong interpersonal & leadership skills  - Strong analytical skills to define operations  - Demonstrate personal drive and be target oriented  - Demonstrate leadership abilities  - Logical & able to comprehend   Ideal Candidate :   - Preference given to people with - experience in Sales and Distribution management with a consumer durable company  - MBA or equivalent degree from tier 1 institutes
