Key Result Areas :

Lead Business

Distribution & Retail Excellence :

- Strategize to achieve milestones & move towards market leadership in Excellence Lab

- Implement and test all new Supply chain strategy to create sustainable partner ROI models

- Post implementation feedback on all new processes and strategy in order to facilitate process improvements and

PAN India roll-out :

- Close working with NHQ strategy team for process rollout and implementation

- Adapt acquired knowledge in change management

- Create role model market for PAN India implementation

Profit Center Ownership :

- Envisage & deploy business strategies for existing & new lines of businesses

- P & L for Business Unit

Lead People :

Career progression :

- Provide effectual leadership to a team of 12-15 on rolls incumbents

- Empower & engage team members through appraisals & skill building

- Facilitate recruitment, onboarding & mentoring

Lead Knowledge :

- Empower teams to facilitate business through periodic RCA & action planning

- Coaching team on processes, product, lava IT systems & soft skills

Ideal Candidate :
