Lava - HR Business Partner (5-8 yrs)
We are currently looking for a middle level manager/Sr. Manager HR Generalist with an experience of success building and driving HR policies and processes.
The candidate should have a strong experience in HR disciplines - policy review, Learning & development, talent acquisition, employee engagement, team building and collaborating with stakeholders to set up HR operations from scratch in an IT/Software Industry.
Major KRA's will include:
- Build a learning and performance oriented culture which fosters innovation based on Values
- Build and Employee engagement strategy to create positivity, buzz and energy at the work place
- Understand business needs and co-create relevant Human Resources solutions
- Educate the employees on the defined HR process & guidelines
- Recruitment Strategy that helps in building the employer Brand and show cases the Value Proposition
- Adapt and review the Talent Acquisition policies and processes
- Designed and implement post induction ON Boarding Programmes - Buddy scheme
- Designing/Adapting and implementing a Career Planning Framework for all with emphasis on High and low Performers
Ideal Candidate:
- 5-7 years experience
- Good academic background;
- Been in the role of Site manager or generalist HR
- Have exposure to a software / startup Firm
- Admin experience is desirable .
