Landmark Group - Direct Taxation (3-5 yrs)
- Preparation of Advance tax estimates and timely remittance n time.
- Ensure monthly computation and remittance of TDS payments on time and filing quarterly returns.
- Issuance of TDS certificates to all the parties on quarterly basis without any delay and ensuring accuracy in certificates.
- Ensure completion of tax audits in time
- Ensure completion of transfer pricing audit in time
- Handling Income tax assessments and Transfer pricing Assessments.
- Promptly responding to the notices receiving from the dept and closing the same within the time limits.
- Confirm PAN no's from all the vendors and updating the same in our records.
- Computation of Tax as per MAT and income tax act.
- Computation of Deferred tax
- Complete compliance with the Direct tax requirements.
- Managing all income tax related compliances for the Group Companies
- Managing TDS compliances including keeping track of TDS defaults and mitigating the same at the transactional level
- Managing litigation for TDS defaults for group companies
People Management:
- Plan, organize, motivate, recognize and train people for meeting and exceeding performance expectation
Analysis:
- Analyse GL accounts related to taxation and prepare monthly schedules
