Lifestyle International - Assistant Manager - Legal

Role Summary :

Deal with all legal matters relating to Commercial Contracts, Agreements, Legal Research and other legal affairs

Key Job Responsibilities :

Contract Management & Research :

- Drafting, Vetting of commercial contracts, agreements, letters and other legal documents

- Co-ordinate with all internal and external stakeholders and ensure adherence to Company's policies and risk analysis process

- Support to real-estate and litigation teams on drafting, research and co-ordination with external counsels

- Research into various legal and regulatory issues and updating internal stakeholders on key impact on business

Other Legal Responsibilities :

- Assist with legal compliance management system, trademark matters as and when required

- Management of Legal MIS, as and when required

Subject knowledge :

- Good understanding of general commercial laws, property laws, IPR and labour laws

- Knowledge of legal compliances applicable to retail industry.
