They are looking at embarking on an ambitious growth trajectory, and hence are looking for 2-3 professionals as a part of their land acquisition/buying teams, based in the different metros across the country.  Job Description --   - Scouting, identifying, securing and delivering (land buying ONLY, not leasing) approved sites for the development of new stores.  - Negotiating and securing all planning permits for new stores and, existing stores as well.  - Liaising with stakeholders (authorities, landowners, consultants etc) involved in the real estate acquisition process  The Successful Applicant --  You will have 8-15 years of experience in land acquisition (land buying) roles in the retail, hospitality, real estate industry. You should have the experience of acquiring land parcels of around 5-10 acres in size. Regional exposure to the NCR, Bangalore, Mumbai market is a must.
