- Monitor & conduct consumer satisfaction survey
- Acquisition of Account
- Quarterly & Monthly Collections

- Instrumental in developing and implementing the marketing strategy for their region
- Create relationships within the customers at all levels including senior executives, direct and indirect users of the product, and decision makers. Be the first point of contact for customers to solve any issues
