The Opportunity :  Kvantum is looking for an experienced Program Manager to manage Marketing Science projects. We need a highly motivated, enthusiastic person passionate about managing projects with attention to highest level of detail. Successful candidate will be responsible for the project management functions of delivery aspects of client engagements worldwide. This individual is responsible for interfacing with client services teams (mostly in US) to align the delivery deadlines of clients. The ultimate goal of this role is to ensure the timely execution of delivery projects with quality and client satisfaction.  The ideal candidate will have an excellent track record in software and/or analytics solutions project management. Have experience in concurrently managing a number of projects across the globe. He/She should have good experience in managing projects involving Marketing Mix Modeling (MMM/MMO) or Digital Attribution. Have experience with online & offline marketing data collection and data integration of the marketing mix modeling projects for large and medium size advertisers of the verticals such as CPG/FMCG, Retail, E-commerce, etc.   Selected person must be able to communicate with all departments within Kvantum to effectively manage the projects mentioned above.  What you'll be doing in this role :  Manage marketing science team delivery for clients worldwide for existing & new solutions:  - Plan for deliveries with marketing science/client management teams.  - Hold the fort to ensure delivery of multiple high quality deliverables on time within a week.  - Able to work on multiple deliveries at any point in time.  - Ensuring that all stakeholders are kept fully informed of status and progress regardless of timezones.  Establish a world class delivery organization:  - Establish processes, tools, templates/checklists/guidelines to improve the delivery time, delivery quality, etc.  - Be a part of recruitment team to hire talented marketing scientists.  - Mentor/Coach the team members to delivery their best with high efficiency  - Keep the team's Morale high, Be the Glue for Delivery team across the locations.  Partner with Product Development & Management Team:  - Understand what new kind of deliveries are coming in the pipeline, what would be the new features that our platform would have to incorporate, etc.  - Identify new features for platform that would help automate & improve delivery quality/speed.  Partner with Corporate Marketing Team.  - Pass on the incremental knowledge extracted from delivery to marketing team to build case studies, white papers, blogs etc.  For this role, you should have :  - 3+ years of project management experience for projects in marketing analytics, marketing mix modeling, or related fields.  - Bachelor's degree in Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Economics or Engineering. MBA degree with a focus in Marketing or Analytics is a plus.  - The ability to understand technical issues and communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical audiences.  - An understanding of the marketing ecosystem.  - A resilient work ethic and detail-oriented nature with the capability to adapt to the situation.  - Flexibility and nimbleness in terms of work planning, and the ability to think quickly on your feet. Must be good at time management and should have the ability to work on multiple projects across several client engagements with competing deadlines.  - The ability to juggle multiple projects, fight fires, herd cats, and thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.  - Demonstrated success in client-facing roles.  - Strong communications and interpersonal skills.
