Whether coaching our team leads on how to lead their teams, navigating and resolving employee relations issues or managing programs that help develop our Kvants, you are exceptionally focused on putting them first, and being as clear and transparent as possible to help Kvants understand how people decisions get made.  What you'll be doing in your new role-   - The role of an People Operation Manager is to solve complex organizational challenges through people-related solutions. You'll be an integral part of the leadership team, so you will need to understand every aspect of the business and be a thought leader on People and Organizational topics. It's your role to create the People Strategy that will support Kvantum in realizing their wildest ambitions. This will require you to think big, use data to guide your work, be comfortable challenging convention, and in some cases reinvent how work is done. You- ll partner with a cross-functional group of subject-matter experts to design and execute your strategy for how we staff, onboard, develop, motivate, retain and organize work.   As part of our culture, you will also have the opportunity to be hands-on, working side by side with Kvants to get things done on a variety of People-related areas. As a core part of this hands-on work, you will be rolling out programs to support Kvants - including compensation, performance and talent programs.  Great just isn't good enough for our People Operations team, we're the champions of Kvantum's evolving vibrant culture. Whether recruiting the next great Kvant, refining our core programs, developing talent or simply looking for ways to inject some more fun into the lives of our Kvants, We bring a data-driven approach that is reinventing the human resources field.  Your role would include:  - Establishing Culture & Build a Brand   - Understand Kvantum Core Values, refine them as per the direction of the company   - Hiring & Retaining top talent aligned with company goals  - Provide a consistent experience across all employee touch points - potential candidates to new hire to alumni. i.e establishing a consisted brand experience.  Employee Engagement :  - Be creative to engage employees and make the workplace fun - using awards, perks, team building activities, team events, etc.  - Provide expertise in the following areas: career planning, performance management, coaching, data analysis, compensation and rewards, employee relations, learning and development, recognition programs, and strategic development.   Learning & Development :  - Able to understand the learning need of each team as well as each employee and craft a specific learning and development program.  - Work with Leadership team and team leads to put together a learning plan and execute on it. Develop content and deliver to teams if needed involve 3rd party.  Process Improvement :  - Review HR & Operations processes and policy on frequent basis and refine etc processes according to the business need.  - Identify gaps in existing processes and propose enhancement in existing processes or establish new ones.  Stakeholder Management :   - Be engaged with Leadership team on a daily basis to ensure the alignment.  - Consult with Kvantum's leaders to create a comprehensive people plan to influence lasting change over large functions at Kvantum.  - Ability to work across multiple timezones globally and multiple locations within India.  - Manage HR & Ops team members performance and day to day work  - Ensure timely engagement with each employee as per their need.  Compliance & Monitoring :  - Ensure the processes & policies are followed by HR & Finance teams.  - Monitor employee compliance for various policies such as vacation, expense, tax, etc.  - Work with various team members to ensure timely execution on payroll, monthly close, employee/vendor issues, etc.  Thought Leadership :  - Offer thought leadership regarding organizational and people-related strategy and execution. Provide insightful data to guide decision making and provide proactive solutions.  - Solve problems and get to the root cause of any issue, no matter how complex, and design and quickly implement solutions that cut across multiple disciplines, even those beyond people and organizational solutions.   For this role, you must have :  - BA/BS degree with 5 years of HR business partner or generalist experience or MA/MS/MBA degree with 3+ yrs of relevant experience in HR Business strategy & operations.   - A good listener who can empathize with the employee issues.  - Organized, Effective planner, and Multi-tasker.  - Skilled communicator with a strong ability to build relationships with senior leaders and a complex set of stakeholders to drive organizational change.  - Proven ability to work within constraints as well as challenge status quo.  - Strong analytical and problem solving skills. Ability to analyze data, understand trends and develop recommendations for action based on the analysis.  - Comfortable with ambiguity and being a part of deeply complex strategy discussions.  - Someone who can be creative in solving various kinds of problems - Behavioral issues, Tools/Process issues, employee issues, etc.  - Experience working as a management consultant, working with external clients (Preferred but not required).  - Experience in working with Startup (Preferred but not required).  We provide competitive salary, performance bonus, referral bonus and abundant opportunity for talented people to grow faster.
