- Systematically cultivates and maintains long term collaborative relationships with key stakeholders to achieve mutual goals.   - Provides inputs for the Business Planning process and actively contributes to the development of short term and long term business plans  - Analyse the data received from different manufacturing units & present the same to MD & Board.  - Compiles reports for the MD and the Board ensuring sufficient analysis on the business is provided and flags issues as and when they arise.  - Assists the MD in compiling and monitoring the Key Performance Indicators for the different departments which will enable efficient assessment of current business objectives and future courses of action.  - Anchors and drives all activities from the MD's office including scheduling of necessary Review Meetings, compiling, updating and doing necessary follow ups for documents, reports as and when they are required.  - Presents information and relevant data points to management and decision makers on business metrics.   - Discerns patterns and trends from the information obtained, provides insights and makes recommendations for achieving agreed upon benchmarks.  - Acts as an ambassador and representative to promote positive relationships and strong partnerships in each geographic location of Kusumgar Group.  Salary Range: 10 - 12 LPA
