Assistant Manager - HR & IR  Opening : Assistant Manager - HR & IR  Company : Kurlon Enterprise Limited (India's Largest Mattress Manufacturer)  Location : Yeswanthpur, Bangalore  Education : MSW(HR) / MHRM / MBA(HR) / PGD(PM)  Age Band : 28 Yrs to 32 Yrs (Only Male Candidates)  Remuneration : Best in Industry  Required Skills - Sound Knowledge of Statutory Compliances & Labour Laws, Trade Union Management, Contract Labour Management  Job Responsibilities :  - Ensure all personal records or materials are in safe custody like company standing orders, Charter of demands, Factory License, Personal files in respect of staff and workmen and that such items are not divulged to any unauthorized persons.  - Interact for implementation of HR / IR policies and processes at the factory, management of employee relations, and compliance to statutory requirements.  - Liaison with government authorities like inspector of factories, Labour Department, Corporation, Provident Fund, ESI authorities for statutory compliance and manage the external environment for smooth operation of the Factory including Ancillary Units(If any). Getting Factory License, Factory drawings, Sulphur License, Trade License etc., duly renewed from time to time with the authorities concerned.  - Implementation of Apprentice Act, Contract Labour Act, EPF & MP Act, ESIC Act, Gratuity Act, Factory's Act, Minimum Wages Act, Payment of Wages Act, Trade Union Act etc., inCo-ordination with superiors  - Generate Payroll, maintaining muster roll, attendance Register, Leave Register, the ESI, PF records including and Ancillary Units (If any). Timely submission of monthly returns, Challans, half yearly returns and yearly returns to PF / ESI / Factory Inspectorate / Labour Department authorities concerned.  - As per the advise of the management & Factory Head, interact with union representatives to sort out the day to day labour problems / issues, attending the legal problems in association with legal consultants.  - Interact with the departmental heads on HR issues like recruitment, training, deployment, annual appraisal system, disciplinary actions, etc., in consultation with my superiors.  - Maintain effective communication system inside factory and Ancillary Units (If any) in co-ordination with departmental heads.  - Identify training and development needs to staff and workmen and ensure their fulfillment in co-ordination with Head of Training.  - Identify manpower needs of the factory and coordinate with recruitment team at Head Office to fill the vacancies.  - Support timely completion of audits as per the statutory requirements to the auditors concerned.  - Supervising and ensure the safety and security of men and material inside the factory.
