Profit Centre Head  Overall responsible for the Cluster - BD, Administration, Compliance, Profitability.  Roles & Responsibilities   Responsible for Business development of Cluster Assigned   - Strategy and Profitability of the B2B vertical & overall administration.   - Handling all financial products including broking of Equity, Commodity, Currency & Cross sales of wealth management products like- Insurance, FD's, Mutual Funds, & PMS.   - Maintaining MIS and sales records on a daily basis.   - Prompt resolution of queries and erasing bottlenecks if any.   - Maintaining quality of business sourced by Team.   - Execute quarterly designed products and services matching market demands and execute planned / approved schemes effectively to promote business.   - Strengthen team with cost effective and timely inputs in all financial services segments with focus on maximizing returns.   - Achieve forecasted volume and value sales targets within allocated expense measures.   - Develop a strong network of sub-broker network and ensure maximisation of reach with focus on business growth with reduced operating costs.   - Ensure compliance with all standard operational procedures and take corrective measures in updating processes as applicable.   - Periodically update team with new business policies, market trends and review teams performance directing them in achieving their targets
