- To Develop Sales & Marketing Strategy and Policies and Plan for achieving the sales goal of the organization and ensure that the sales goals of the organization are achieved for the Markets/ Geographies.
Planning of Sales Goals and Activities :
- To independently handle business enquirers & lead them to a successful sale by creating a high degree of comfort & ease during the negotiation & order execution period.
- Work to close a sale, proactively engage and cross sell & up- sell to new & repeat business
- Together with the Geography Head, establish the activity grid and coordinate plans for countries, which will be in line with overall business strategy
- Responsible for Lead generation by scouring the web for targets of opportunity.
- Maintain data repositories and ability to retrieve, mine & use information to identify industry trends, patterns & business opportunities.
- Identify and Manage new channels for selling products in different geographies
Monitoring of Sales Performance :
- Monitors the monthly/quarterly sales achievement Vs Targets for the assigned Country. Analyze the sales figures and take corrective action in case of non-achievement of targets
